Conflict in Schools: A Qualitative Study

چکیده

As a qualitative research method, case study was used in the carried out to investigate causes of conflicts schools, levels and type conflict, effects methods solve conflicts. 40 teachers working 3 elementary 2 middle schools high Yeniçağa district Bolu, Turkey which constituted group study, were determined using criterion sampling technique within scope convenience purposive method. The data collected through interviews semi-structured interview form analyzed with content analysis. A medium-level conflict will yield positive results terms individual organizational aspects therefore increase effectiveness when considering consequences schools. However, since level can lead negative individual, interpersonal outcomes, both school administrators at should have broad knowledge good management skills. In addition, information minimize administrative reasons that reveal conflict. current finds following important striking results: teachers' weariness tiredness as result burnout, unwillingness work, decrease work efficiency performance, commitment, stress anxiety, loneliness, unhappiness, cynicism, motivation, come school, wanting leave disappearance ethical behaviors, withdrawal, anger.
